Interdependently assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates care provided throughout the treatment course and follow-up period. Job involves direct patient care and encompasses patient/family teaching, symptom management, counseling, and supportive role to assist patient and family in coping with and adjusting to diagnosis and treatment of cancer.
Qualifications: Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Illinois. Previous oncology experience strongly preferred. Radiation oncology experience a plus. Current CPR. EMR experience required (ARIA/EPIC preferred). Must be willing to work various hours in the evening depending on department needs.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
