This position exists to provide overall organization and management to the legal department. Responsibilities include contract management, legal research, management and organization of legal documents, interaction and support of other members reporting to the legal department, implementing legal department initiatives, working on special projects and other operational support for the legal function of the organization. Within this team environment, this position will serve as the resource for questions, follow up, and process management.
Required
Bachelors degree or Paralegal certificate (or in progress or 5
years legal experience in lieu of degree or certificate)
2 years experience as a Paralegal or working in in-house legal department
Desired
Experience in a Health Care setting
Risk Management experience
Regulatory reporting experienceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
