Clinical Case Managers oversee and coordinate the care of a unit based patient population, promote proper utilization of resources based on patient needs, and facilitate movement along the continuum of care to achieve excellence in healthcare delivery, within a framework of fiscal responsibility.
This position is based in the Emergency Department and scheduled 1p - 9:30p M-F.
Education/
Experience: Registered Nurse in the State of Indiana with 3 to 5 years clinical experience in a clinical area. Knowledge of DRG's and prospective payment systems and experience in a Utilization Review and/or Case Management, Risk Management and Continuous Quality Improvement process. BSN preferred.
HR Use Only: CBEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
