Job Description
Candidate will be part of an engineering development team that designs, develops, and tests software modules for Network Management applications. Candidate will perform requirements analysis, high level design, detail design, code, unit test and software/hardware integration testing all done in adherence to SEI CMMI level 5 processes and practices. Responsibilities will also include COTS SW/HW integration. The candidate will work in a Linux and Windows lab environment. Candidate will work as an individual contributor of a small software design team, five to 10 members. Candidate will be required to estimate, plan, identify risks/issues and execute assigned tasks. Candidate is expected to be an active member of the team, accept direction from team leaders, show initiative to complete assigned tasks with minimum supervision, meet or exceed project commitments, and effectively communicate issues and accomplishments to team members and software lead. Customer interaction is expected; Candidate will be required to formally present software design at Customer design reviews and technical interchange meetings
Experience with object oriented design/development required. Applicant must have experience in Java language, design and development. Good communication skills are required along with excelling at a team-oriented organization structure. DOORs Requirements tool, Rhapsody, C++, C, XML, SQL, Eclipse, Windows, Linux, and SNMP experience preferred but not required. Knowledge of the JBOSS application server, MySQL, Oracle, Postgres, VMWare Vsphere, McAfee security products preferred but not required. Relevant experience on systems employing virtualized architectures, service oriented architectures, web services, WSDL interfaces preferred but not required. Experience with the US Government IAVA remediation processes preferred. Ideal candidate will have experience in SEI CMMI processes and practices and development of Graphical User Interface, Network Management, and Relational Database applications.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in software engineering, a related technical field, or the equivalent experience is required. In addition, a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required, 12 years preferred.
Must be able to travel 20% of the time

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
