Summary:
Responsible for outbound communications to customers, regarding account payment. Processed and verifies accurate payment of invoices. Maintains all assigned credit accounts. Provides research, auditing, reporting, and performs other assigned tasks as required. Works with moderate supervision/guidance. Is accountable for individual results and impact on team.
Hours:
Currently hiring for three shifts: 8-5, 10-7, 12-9
Pay:
Hourly rate of $12.90 - 13.90: Paid training Paid Holidays Free and discounted video services Medical, dental & vision insurance Employee stock purchase program Tuition reimbursement 401K matching Employee referral program
Requirements:
- Customer Service - Call Center Preferred - Collections/Billing/Retention Plus
- High School or Equivalent
- Generally requires a minimum of 0-2 years of past experience
