Work week is 36.25/hrs. per week, 7.25 hours per day. Paid holidays, bonus opportunity, performance review and potential merit increases. Pay is $25/hr. W-2.

The pay rate will be between $55.00/hour - $65.00/hour based on experience, interview, and determined by the manager after interview.

The Aftersales Systems area B2-US-A is seeking a temporary worker possessing the following skill set, and is able to perform the job duties outlined below.

This position is solely responsible for leading a project of introducing a dealer facing application for an enhanced service process focusing on service quality and customer satisfaction. The appropriate candidate will take on the project working with the central aftersales systems and process departments in Germany, local business and IT departments to develop suitable processes and functions for the service departments of BMW and MINI Dealerships in the US. Requirements of the US market are gathered from users at the dealership and evaluated with internal partners. The role is responsibility to develop meaningful functions and negotiate implementation and timeframe with the central development departments. In addition it will establish testing procedures, supervise and perform testing, verify and approve functions and then rolled out to the dealerships and internal users. The effectives and usability of the solutions will be monitored according to their business value, improvement potential pointed out and appropriate improvement measures set in motion. Project tasks and timelines will be managed self sufficiently in coordination with our internal/external resources as well as selected third party service providers.

This position requires a Bachelor?s degree, strong automotive experience with emphasize on vehicle service industry. Minimum of 6 years leading/managing projects in an automotive environment preferably entailing Information Technology as well a background as a business analyst. The candidate must be able to work independently, including planning, analysis, requirements gathering, high-level design, documentation, and testing; as well as participation in implementation planning and execution, and provide post implementation business support for projects.

Skills should include:
? Experience regarding vehicle service processes and Dealer Management Systems (DMS).
? Strong understanding of process and information flows between people and systems, how to improve them as well as the ability to document them.
? Knowledge of fundamental IT technology such as J2EE architecture, IT infrastructure, web services and databases.
? PC skills should include Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), MS Project, and MS Visio. In addition, some experience using UML process diagrams would be helpful.
? As may contact partner are in Germany, German language skills are preferred.

All candidates should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
