Position Summary
As a member of the Senior Associate Dean's Leadership Team, participate in the development and operation of an accredited undergraduate medical education program that is relevant to the university's mission, responsive to the needs of the state, and of superior quality. Responsible for medical education and program evaluation activities of the College of Medicine.
Required Qualifications
Doctoral degree.
Minimum of 5 years leadership management experience in an academic medical center.
Experience in implementing medical education program evaluation and accreditation processes.
Significant experience in learner assessment.
Demonstrated ability to lead an interdisciplinary team, provide strategic direction and oversight, and manage complex projects.
Tact, diplomacy, professionalism and ability to interact with a wide variety of individuals in many different contexts in a complex environment.
Effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
High level knowledge of accreditation standards for the Liaison Committee on Medical Education (LCME).
Preferred Qualifications
Completion of external training in quality assurance, accreditation, and project management.
Experience with LCME medical school accreditation in a school or survey team capacity.
Experience with innovative teaching and course delivery models.
Duties & Responsibilities
Establishes and manages appropriate methods for student evaluation.
Monitors the timeliness and quality of feedback and grades provided to students.
Establishes and manages appropriate methods for program evaluation.
Manages and coordinates the implementation of all school-wide accreditation processes and cycles.
Monitors the accuracy, timeliness and quality of the documentation of the accreditation committees to ensure successful completion of accreditation database documentation.
Represents the school by liaising with the accreditation bodies, including LCME, CACME, CME, and Faculties of Medicine in Canada and the USA on matters relating to accreditation survey visits and relevant project tasks.
Document management of accreditation records, correspondence and processes including:
Establishes and manages all internal and external logistics for survey site visits

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
