Responsibilities:
The Inter-Company Accountant will be part of the ICR team responsible for managing the Inter-Company process for North America.
The North America ICR team is responsible for enforcing ICR Guidelines, resolving issues that cause inter-company differences, performing the monthly ICR close, and collecting past due inter-company receivables.
The ICR team collaborates continuously with Client affiliates as well as many other functions in North America.
They are responsible for maintaining the KPIs associated with the ICR process The individual in this role will:
Be responsible for creating reports in support of the month end close.
Become an expert level user of the Adrian Portal Develop and maintain a close working relationship with their ICR counterparts around the world .
Coordinate monthly adjustments with General Accounting Perform general ledger analysis Be responsible for reporting monthly metrics Provide Ad Hoc reports Represent team on various projects Support Acquisitions as relates to the ICR process
Qualifications:
Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
Highly effective at communication and collaboration
Demonstrated high level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel (Ability to create Macros a strong plus)
Working knowledge of SAOEducation:
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Thanks & Regards,
