Acts as a liaison between the application systems administrators within the business units and the application systems vendors.
The primary point of contact between business unit and IT.
Assess technical requirements for new back office applications as team member working with the Project Management Office.
Assists LAN Administrators and actively participates in the maintaining the Operating Systems for which the applications reside by working with business units to define appropriate windows to schedule downtime, communicate all scheduled downtime to business units as well as IT, as well as providing a quality assurance function once maintenance is performed.
Develops and maintains detailed continuity books for each installed application to serve as an all encompassing manual for each application, which is then used as a guide for recovering all mission critical systems that are maintained on the Intel platform.
Resident expert on all applications that reside on an Intel-based server platform.
Provides 3rd tier support in troubleshooting applications installed in a client-only manner.
Confers with applications vendors' software system engineers to determine root-cause
analysis for any and all application problems and inconsistencies.
Complete Trouble Calls and RFS(s) in a timely fashion with adequate documentation On-call responsibilities - candidate participates in an on-call rotation for Applications Group as both a primary and secondary resource.
Other duties as assigned by Supervisor, Server/Application Group and/or Director, IT Infrastructure
Bachelors Degree in IT related discipline or equivalent experience.
5-7 years of experience in IT in the capacity of Help Desk, Server Administration, Application Administration, Project Management.
Ability to build project plans with Work Breakdown Structures & Gant Charts to measure effort, establish project timelines with defined milestones. Identify risks and mitigations.
HealthCare IT experience is preferred.
Refined documentation, communication, & organizational skills required.
Ability to coordinate and interpret technical evaluations to ensure compatibility & adherence to established standards of all new applications being entertained for deployment in the existing infrastructure.
Capable of managing many projects simultaneously (multi-tasking).
Ability to work both independently with little to no supervision or direction, as well as part of a
group/team.
Required: Current Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA).
Preferred: Current Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE).
Project Management Certification.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
