Serve as the director of charitable services operations for charitable products offered through organization's distribution network and oversees the operations staff that support the charitable products. Review legal documents related to charitable products, consulting with other members of the department as needed, and work with company's general counsel in seeking outside consultation as needed. Work closely with the product manager and provide counsel when products and services are under review, including new products and enhancements to existing products.
