What Project Manager will be required to do:
The Project Manager will take responsibility for playing a very important role in accurate realizing business values by means of the application of knowledge, skills, techniques and tools in order to meet the project objectives.
The other duties and responsibilities of the Project Manager position may include:
- Monitor performance as well as recommend schedule, scope, cost or resource adjustments; link long term implications and short term demands, in alignment with the supporting business care.
- Demonstrate and apply knowledge of the project management planning, initiating, executing, controlling / monitoring and closing processes.
- Link project objectives with the broader organizational goals.
- Prioritize various tasks while meeting the deadline requirements.
- Communicate the project status (forecast, health, risks, issues and so on) to the stakeholders in an honest and open manner.
- Provide input to contracts, perform reviews of the contracts in order to ensure completeness of scope and proper accountability based on the responsibility or / and role.
- Effectively balance competing project constraints including to quality, scope, funding, schedule, resources, budget and risk, in order to manage project success.
- Professionally negotiate with the stakeholders in order to obtain all the resourced required to execute project in the most successful fashion.
Requirements
What is expected of the candidate for the Project Manager position:
- Ability to contribute to the policies and procedures development.
- Ability to properly apply proficient knowledge and a deep understanding of principles, concepts as well as technical capabilities in order to perform various tasks and complete projects.
- Ability to meet the company objectives in a timely manner.
- Skills and knowledge required to work on complex projects of large scope.
- Ability to act as a mentor to the colleagues that are less experienced.
- Ability to develop technical solutions to a great variety of complex problems.
- Ability to work independently with no supervision.
- Four years of prior experience in any related area,
- Bachelors Degree in related field.
- Efficiency in MS Office.
