This position will support the 2d Regional Cyber Center - Western Hemisphere, an exciting program focused on operation, maintenance, and defense of the CONUS portion of the LandWarNet.
This position serves as the primary liaison on all ITIL initiatives between the contractor and 2RCC leadership. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Works with leadership to establish strategic direction for the ITIL program
Provides guidance and direction to the ITIL group on the implementation, operation, and improvement of established processes
Reviews, provides feedback, and approves process artifacts generated by process improvement efforts
Oversees and approves, in cooperation with the Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager, any process improvement recommendation raised by organizational stakeholders
Provides 2RCC ITIL contractor representation in meetings, working groups, etc., that impact the strategic direction of the ITIL program
Accountable for all process and project deliverables for the ITIL group
Prepares and presents monthly In Progress Review (IPR) to 2RCC leadership covering performance measures and status of process improvement efforts
Conducts ITIL familiarization training for contract personnel
HS
7 years related experience
ITIL Expert certification required at hire
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent PC skills utilizing the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certificationEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
