Coca-Cola Refreshments seeks a CMA (Customer Marketing Agreement) Analyst is responsible for verifying case sales for Credit Memos and Post Invoice Adjustments (PIAs) and recording them in the CMA System. This position is also responsible for setting up rebate accruals, verifying dead net in Margin Minder, and processing payments in the CMA System.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
The CMA (Customer Marketing Agreement) Analyst is responsible for, but not limited to the following
Responsibilities:
These functions include journal entries, account reconciliations, reporting and analysis.
This position will interface with Sales, Promotion Control and Shared Services.
Process credit memos, PIAs and rebates through the CMA System.
Verify case sales in Margin Minder to the PIAs and credit memos.
Research invoices in Winocular for returned product on PIAs and credit memos.
Verify payment to A/R submission or credit memo.
Verify dead net on PAT to Margin Minder for rebates.
Process payments in CMA System.
Maintain Credit Memo Log & Rebate Log.
Prepare Liability Account Reconciliation & prepare journal entries.
Manage files to comply with Sarbanes-Oxley regulations.
Interact with Promotion Control, A/R, and Sales to ensure pricing accuracy of submitted credit memos, PIAs and rebates.
Analyze Rebate account balance and report any financial impact.
Provide backup support for Senior CMA Analyst.
Associate's Degree in Business required. Equivalent combination of some college education in conjunction with required and preferred work experience will also be considered.
Two - Three years work experience in Accounting or Finance required.
Four - five years of relevant work experience preferred.
Demonstrated communication skills.
Competent analytical skills.
Intermediate computer skills (i.e. MS Office Suite, including Excel and Word).
Must possess excellent planning and organizational skills.
Prior work within SAP strongly preferred.
Knowledge of CMA System, Micro Strategy, PAT System, and Margin Minder preferred.
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Post graduate degree in related field or MBA preferred
5 years exempt-level Human Resource experience;
Previous consumer goods, manufacturing or distribution experience.
