SAP FI Application Analyst- Global Company

One of the world's leading sports apparel and footwear companies is looking to add an
Application Support Analyst
to their fastpaced and multicultural environment.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
As second level support, resolve production problems in a prompt and efficient manner.
Work closely with end-users and software vendors to recreate unresolved problems.
Assist in daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly operations of applications and interfaces including but not limited to the ERP, WMS, Kronos, reporting systems and backups.
Administer and maintain set retention policies of system and database backups. Formally document processes and publish within the knowledgebase.
Monitor, maintain and create scheduled jobs from various applications and other related import/export programs.
Create, maintain and deliver procedural documentation and end user training materials.
Analyze incident tickets to identify trends and suggest corrective action. Assist in implementing the selected corrective actions.
Qualifications:

years SAP FI
, MIS operations, and application support experience is required.
Experience with ERP systems
Experience creating and maintaining procedural documentation, flow charts and written training materials is a plus.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
