Job Description:
Generates reports and analysis to support programs, implementations, and current operations. Monitors processes and identifies areas for improvement. Completes special projects and provides support with product creation.
Responsibilities: (Included but not limited to):
Gain an understanding for utilization management, claims operations, CCN IT operations, and CCN call center operations
Assist in the implementation of new clients by integrating workflows into current operations
Build presentations and complete analysis to assist in communication to clients and senior management
Manage designated special projects and project plans
Monitors processes as assigned
Document and maintain processes, program workflows, pathways, CPT codes, and criteria
Create dashboards and reports to provide analysis into operational performance
Maintain program website and communications (internal and external)
Assist by maintaining meeting notes, tracking action items, and logging issues, problems and risks
Coordinate with key leaders to execute projects
Prepare training materials
, External Job Requirements:
Bachelors Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Mathematics, or related field of study
Demonstrated leadership potential and aptitude for working in the technology and the healthcare fields
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
