Performance Management Consultant

Key Role:
Serve as the client's primary subject matter expert in performance management and combine data from multiple sources to provide the client and related organizational stakeholders with cogent and informative representations of performance. Lead and generate quantitative performance analyses, leveraging empirical mission data from the client and external content from client's partners. Identify and coordinate process improvement initiatives derived from performance analysis and client's performance initiatives and interpret performance analyses and principles into easily understood concepts and formats. Work with many groups simultaneously, set priority workflows, and keep stakeholders informed of changes, current status, and documentation of progress.
Basic
Qualifications:
-11 years of experience in a professional work environment
-5 years of experience with performance measures, metrics, or data normalization and visualization
-5 years of experience with Microsoft Office
-Ability to be a self-motivated team player
-TS/SCI clearance
-BA or BS degree
Additional
Qualifications:
-Experience with solving analytic problems using quantitative approaches
-Experience with analyzing complex data from various independent sources
-Experience with Microsoft Access and Excel for metrics development
-Knowledge of metrics development, data management, and independent analysis of data sets
-Knowledge of statistical methods
-Knowledge of client directorate, programs, products, and services
-Knowledge of DoD and the intelligence community and their relationship with clients
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, including preparation and delivery of briefings, training, and educational materials using a variety of media
-Possession of excellent data gathering and problem analysis and resolution skills
