Global manufacturer of Bimetal Sheets, Bi Metal Washers, Clad Metal, Bimetallic Washers, Bimetal Strips, Bimettalic Bushes, Plated Strips, and similar production materials seeks experience in applications engineering, product engineering or development metallurgy to work closely with customers who produce Motor Protectors, Overload Relays, Thermostats, Thermometers, Connectors, Thermal Switches, PG Clamps, Lugs, etc. using bimetals.
Candidate should be familiar with processes such as: Fusion Welding, Extrusion, Pressing, Rolling, Roll Welding, Explosive Welding, Laser Cladding, etc. and knowledge of manufacturing processing processes such as stamping, cutting, crimping, etc. that are used to make final products.
Shall:
Develop novel product solutions for a variety of high tech end markets.
Work closely with customers to invent bimetal solutions to their product needs.
Coordinate implementation of new product programs from concept through delivery.
This is a challenging high visibility position with global manufacturer that provides the opportunity to work on diverse projects, travel internationally and develop a patent portfolio.
