Concrete Finisher - Level 2 (not required)
Climate controlled indoor environment with year around need of Concrete Finisher.
Essential duties and
Responsibilities:
Operate a screed to level freshly placed concrete according to grade and depth specification.
Smooth concrete surface using either a hand trowel, long handled bull float or powered float.
Cut joints/grooves in concrete with edging tools to help control cracking.
Apply hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces.
Monitor heat and cold as it affects the curing of the concrete.
Abilities required:
Must have good vision, good hand eye coordination and an ability to estimate size and dimensions.
Skill in smoothing, finishing freshly placed concrete, applying surface treatments and
restoring concrete surfaces.
Required to perform task that include lifting, climbing, balancing, stooping kneeling,
crouching, crawling and reaching.
Candidates must pass a drug test, physical, and background check.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
