The Pharmacy Technician performs function that assist pharmacist in offering pharmacy services. The person will organize and coordinate multiple activities and tasks, and produce work in high quality. The position holder will be responsible for interacting with patients, resolving their problems and answering the questions and requests. It is the duty of the Pharmacy Technician to maintain pharmacy inventory by checking pharmaceutical stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed medications and supplies; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt; removing outdated drugs.
