Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Provides ongoing technical support to internal and external users.
Deliver new technologies and upgrades to users across the organization.
Act as the main point of contact for all user questions and issues.
Access Security & Cameras
Antivirus Deployment, malware removal, and damage mitigation
Hard Drive cloning and Imaging
Deployment of new workstations.
TCM/ERP software maintenance and support
Software Installation and troubleshooting
Support and setup printers, phones, and fax machines
Network performance & optimization
Managing Companywide Backups and Security Updates
Identify, Research, Troubleshoot, and resolve incidents of computers, servers, printers, copiers, and software
Responsible for providing support of networking equipment (cabling, wireless access points, routers/switches, NICs, etc.).
Maintaining detailed hardware and software inventory
Performing and coordinating installation/maintenance of equipment, operating systems, hardware and software
Developing schedules for and perform preventative maintenance on technology equipment
Coordinating vendors for repair and installation as needed
Consult with users and researching equipment purchases and software recommendations
Monitor server event logs on a daily basis.
Analyze current costs and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements
Experience with Microsoft Server 2012 Operating System
Experience Managing Virtual Servers
Basic Knowledge of Networking
Experience trouble shooting switches, routers, cameras. phones, servers, desktops, etc.
Active Directory Experience

years experience in a similar role
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
