Director of Sales Position:
Newly renovated and located in a high-demand market, the Homewood Suites by Hilton, Alpharetta, GA, has an immediate opening for a full-time sales professional with excellent ability to perform total account penetration & account management. Candidate will be responsible for achieving assigned revenue goals, managing sales department, attending networking events, and prospecting for new clients. In addition, candidate will be required to learn the PMS (Property Management System, ONQ)
Candidate must showcase superior customer relation skills,organization,leadership quality, as well as possess integrity & strong work ethics. Display a natural sales personality (aggressive yet personable) and must dress in professional attire at all times. This will be evaluated during interview.
Candidate will be required to work with Hilton National Sales Account Managers and also manage local account relationships. In addition, candidate should be available to attend some evening networking events and be flexible to work some weekends, as needed.
Please note: Along with managing current accounts, this position will require you to also perform outside cold calls, locate your own leads and achieve assigned goals.
Direct experience within the hospitality industry is required.
Additional Requirements:
A minimum of 4 years experience working in hospitality sales.
or
A minimum of 6 years working in the hospitality industry and demonstrates the traits of supporting a sales & marketing program.
This is a Salaried position.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
