Human Resources Administrator CGI is seeking an Human Resources administrator to oversee the administrative duties for our US Vice President of Human Resources and the overall US Human Resources (HR) leadership team.
Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to US HR leader and US HR leadership team to include; preparing and editing correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents Understand and maintain CGI HR global and regional policies and procedures Conduct research, assemble and analyze data to prepare HR related reports Event planning activities for off site team leadership meetings, quarterly virtual all hands meetings, and other HR meetings as necessary Maintain incoming and outgoing calls and electronic communications on behalf of US HR leader Ability to handle work of a confidential and complex nature requiring discretion, sound judgment, tact and diplomacy Position requires flexibility and the ability to work under short deadlines and with changing priorities Coordinate and manage all travel related activities including expense reports for the US HR leader Willingness to travel as needed Maintaining HR SharePoint/website information and various Outlook distribution lists Required Skills: 1-2 years of experience providing administrative support in a professional work environment - previous HR related experience is preferred Bachelor's degree - Human Resources major is preferred Must be very proficient in MS Office (Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
