Responsibilities: Prepare and submit regulatory reports timely and accurately; prepare and manage other corporate processes/requirements. Manage Management Control Assessment (MCA) process for Finance. Prepare monthly closing reconciliation report from GL to SMART (Program 93), analyze differences and resolve appropriately. Manage BASEL reporting process, matching of contract level information, analyze and review Optima results for accuracy in Loan Loss reserve (LLR) and Risk Weighted Assets (RWA). Support management in assessing impact of transactions in LLR and RWA. Prepare the monthly / quarterly regulatory reports and analyze results to achieve reporting accuracy; assure proper and timely submission. Prepare and document variance analysis and manage relevant inquiries from the various areas, such as corporate regulatory and LATAM region. Reports include, among others: Country Exposure report SFAS 107 TIC B reports (BC / BL / BQ2 / BQ3) GARS Cash Flows. Analyze applicable monthly or quarterly new account communications from Corporate Reporting and incorporate into the reporting process. Manage the MCA process for Finance (MCA Coordinator): review controls and related step tests to assure they address key issues, incorporate revisions/hand-off to applicable Citi system, distribute tests within the unit, and manage the overall quarterly process. Perform tests as necessary. Perform RRIA review over regulatory reports, as required by Corporate Reporting. MoniEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
