We are currently seeking a Team Lead Server Technology to join our team at our world headquarters in Perrysburg, OH.
The Team Lead - Server Technology is the subject matter expert for technologies including but not limited to, Server hardware, operating systems and standard server roles and related software. Additionally this role will manage and maintain standards around the server platform, monitoring services, and server management infrastructure. This role will also be the responsible for developing and communicating, in conjunction with the IT Infrastructure Architect, the server technology roadmap to Global IT and other critical stakeholders.
The purpose of this position is to provide quality solutions and ongoing operational support by leading, coaching, mentoring other team members and utilizing leading industry practices, procedures, and ITIL processes. This role is responsible for the oversight of operations and engagement of global managed service providers to ensure that performance levels and Service Level Agreements (SLA) are met, and that the technologies used are implemented following O-Is strategic IT roadmap and architecture.
Principal Accountabilities:

Manage, lead and develop a high performing team of technical specialists
Maintain and develop standards, processes, policies and lifecycles as defined in the company's Server Management Program, aligning with industry leading practice
Deployment and configuration management of the global server environment and associated infrastructure
Define, develop and provide an actionable roadmap for the company's server technologies (in conjunction with IT Architecture team and the Manager Enterprise Client & Server Technology).
Identify solutions to improve the service delivery and operational aspects of server technology through simplification, automation of process and technology
Develop and implement functional and technical designs/plan for the deployment and delivery of IT solutions
Research emerging technologies and recommend those that clearly link to current and future business needs
Coordinate and liaise with the company's managed service providers, building and developing vendor relationships
Build and develop strong cross functional relationships through consultation and teamwork with other global IT groups and the business stakeholders
Manage IT projects related to Server and related infrastructure services, as assigned
Scope and Impact:
This position has global responsibility for the operations and support of the company's server environment (Hardware, Software, Power Systems, Racks and Computer Room provisioning)
The team in which this position will work is considered the final escalation point for technology guidance, consultation, innovation, and troubleshooting.
Lifecycle management of the company server hardware and software delivery solutions
There will be no direct budget or people responsibilities for this position, however, the incumbent will have the responsibility of developing and writing funding requests for global procurement of hardware, software and associated IT Solutions.
This position will have project management and strategic planning responsibilities.
Position Requirements:
Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) in information technology or related discipline; or equivalent work experience.
Eight (8) or more years with managing server platforms infrastructure at the enterprise level
Demonstrated experience leading and supervising technical staff
Microsoft certifications, such as (MCSE, MCITP)
Other industry certifications in related infrastructure are desirable
ITIL Foundations Certification is required
Project Management experience
Expert knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure eg. SCOM, SCCM, Active Directory, Server, Virtualization, DHCP, DNS
Experience in multiple infrastructure platforms (Windows, Networking, Unix, Storage, Data Backup, Messaging)
Experience working with application development methodologies and best practices
Operating System and Application virtualization technologies (eg. VMWare, HyperV, AppV, Citrix)
Advanced knowledge of MS Active Directory and Windows services
Operating system build automation and management technologies
Scripting and command line skills. Eg. PowerShell
Self-starter with strong collaboration and communication skills
Experience in communicating and presenting to an executive level audience.
Reporting Relationships:
This position reports to the Manager Enterprise Client & Server Technology
Travel Requirements:
Domestic and international travel will be required for this role:
- Domestic 10%
- International 10%

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
