Job Description:
Responsible for the architectural system design. Designs, develops, and constructs application systems and consults with clients to refine application needs. Requires a Bachelor's degree in area of specialty and at least 7-10 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Will be responsible for assigned Application Architect tasks related to the project. Application Architect needs to be flexible on the activities. They will probably change from day to day as the project progresses thru the stages.

Customer Experience Enhancements
IVR Convergence
Web Convergence
Part 280
CSS
Other projects as assigned
IT Sub-project management (project planning, estimating and risk management)
IT Technical Design (document creation, analysis, review, and approval)
IT Detailed Design (document creation, analysis, review)
IT System Testing (document creation, analysis, review, and approval)
IT Integration Testing (document creation, analysis, review, and approval)
IT System Implementation (document creation, analysis, review, and approval)
Liaison and integration support for vendors, business units, and other application groups.
Status reporting and time reporting
Owned Issue/Action tracking and resolution
Vendor project lead will manage status reporting and issue tracking
Subject matter expertise related to Customer and Customer Decision Support systems.
Follow all standards, time tracking, etc.
Other mutually agreed upon responsibilities
SKILLS:
Position Requirements:
Experience with SharePoint and Windows Web Services.
Skills:
Thorough understanding of Windows web architecture
Solution blueprint/Architecture diagramming
Conceptual design
Explain conceptual design to onshore and offshore designers for creation of detailed designs
Detailed design review/approval
Test case review
Experience with Digital Technologies (Web & Mobile)
