Ashley Furniture HomeStore of Central New Jersey is now recruiting for a Temporary Customer Service Representative. This position is located at our Flagship Ashley Furniture HomeStore in North Brunswick, NJ.
Responsibilities:
Independent and able to multi-task
Excellent communication skills
Basic computer skills
Handle and resolve customer inquiries involving product, service, and delivery
Process and complete update logs with comments - that are detailed to the call.
Full support of the sales, delivery and service team
Problem solver with great follow up skills.
Ability to work in high volume call center environment
Ability to use headset and makeoutgoing and receive calls.
Make calls to guest to complete surveys
Ability to talk and type.
Basic Data- Entry
REQUIREMENTS:
Outgoing and energetic personality
Creates a World Class Guest Experience to include 5 Star Customer Service
Ability to establish a positive rapport with our guests and build long-term relationships
Strong commitment to assist and serve our guests
Adapt to change and remain flexible
Ability to work rotating shifts to include
Weekends and Holidays
