Ashley Furniture HomeStore of Central New Jersey is now recruiting for a Temporary Customer Service Representative. This position is located at our Flagship Ashley Furniture HomeStore in North Brunswick, NJ.
Responsibilities:
Independent and able to multi-task
Excellent communication skills
Basic computer skills
Handle and resolve customer inquiries involving product, service, and delivery
Process and complete update logs with comments - that are detailed to the call.
Full support of the sales, delivery and service team
Problem solver with great follow up skills.
Ability to work in high volume call center environment
Ability to use headset and makeoutgoing and receive calls.
Make calls to guest to complete surveys
Ability to talk and type.
Basic Data- Entry
REQUIREMENTS:
Outgoing and energetic personality

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
