Telemarketer for Appointment Setting (Base + Bonus)

The Telemarketing Representatives are responsible for maintaining an outbound call volume as agreed upon for the purpose of generating qualified appointments for the sales team. This is a part time position for approximately 20 hours per week.
Job Description:
- Schedule appointments for our sales personnel
- Cold call prospects based on provided lists
- Handle objections in a professional manner
- Input data for all qualified appointments
- Maintain a call volume of roughly 40 outbound calls per hour
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing daily performance objectives
- Comply with our business policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years telemarketing experience
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
- Familiarity with lead entry software a plus
