Position
Summary:
The Maintenance Engineering Technician position at the LaVergne plant is a multi-craft position that requires a working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic (PLC). This position provides emergency and routine maintenance support to the operations departments in an industrial/automated environment.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities for the Maintenance Engineering Technician (MET) position may include the following:
Respond to trouble calls
Perform preventative maintenance
Perform maintenance on electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment
Perform lubrication work
Perform troubleshooting using a PLC

Qualifications:
3
years of industrial maintenance experience in a multi-craft environment position that requires a working knowledge of mechanical, electronic (PLC), and electrical .
Or.

3
years of high-tech maintenance related military experience
Or
Completed apprenticeship program and 2
years industrial maintenance experience

Associates degree in Electronics, General Technology, Robotics, or related field and 2
years industrial maintenance experience.
