The Engineering and Technology Acquisition Support Services (ETASS) contract provides a broad range of engineering support to the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center's (AFLCMC's) programs located at Hanscom AFB and their geographically separated units.

Responsibilities:
Jacobs Technology is seeking a Cyber Security/Information Assurance (IA) professional who has experience with information system security, engineering IA certification and accreditation processes (i.e., Air Force Certification and Accreditation Program (AFCAP), DoD Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP), or equivalent), and tools (Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) and Enterprise Information Technology Data Repository (EITDR)). Responsibilities include the following:
Providing IA support and guidance to program offices associated with the Airborne Warning and Control System (AWACS) weapon system.
Supporting program office systems engineering in developing and implementing an IA strategy that leads to the attainment of an Authority to Operate (ATO) using the appropriate C&A process.
Supporting the AWACS Information Assurance Manager (IAM)/Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) to secure IATT/ATO/IATO/ATC for AWACS programs.
Providing technical support, assistance and guidance as needed to analyze Critical Program Information, Critical Functions/Components and Critical Systems resources.
Supporting program office in support of contractor lab information system accreditation through Defense System Security (DSS) risk acceptance letter process.

Qualifications:
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Extensive IA and interoperability experience.
Working knowledge of related disciplines (e.g., systems engineering, software development and test and evaluation).
Complete understanding and demonstrated track record in applying a broad range of technical principals, theories and concepts in requirements and acquisition management.
Strong communication (oral and written) skills and briefing preparation/delivery skills.
Experience in at least two IT disciplines (such as technical architecture, solution architecture, network and information analysis/data management, application development, middleware design, or operations management).
IA certification (such as Secure+, CISSP) a plus.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Microsoft SharePoint proficiency is a plus.
EDUCATION:
BS degree and 10 years of experience; MS degree and 8 years of experience; or Ph.D. and 4 years of experience required.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
This position requires US citizenship and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
This position may require travel of up to one week per month.
Physical Requirements:
Work may involve sitting for extended periods. May require lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs. Must have sufficient mobility to enter areas of manufacturing and military sites or facilities where necessary.
Work Environment:
Generally an office environment, but can involve inside or outside work depending on task.
Equipment and Machines:
Standard office equipment (PC, telephone, fax, etc.), and/or other industry-specific equipment.
Attendance:
Regular attendance in accordance with established work schedule is critical. Ability to work outside normal schedule and adjust schedule to meet peak periods and surge requirements when required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
