Director of Biopharm Product Launch Operations - Deerfield, IL

Executive level responsibility for ensuring new drug product launch has the appropriate budget, personnel, training protocols, information materials, meetings, presentations, and other requirements to properly enable delivery of tactical plans.
Shall:
Oversee multiple projects in various phases of product launch at once with responsibility for planning the distribution of multi-million dollar budgets.
Managed multiple drug portfolios in various therapeutic areas.
Lead operations and managed teams for Investigator Initiated Studies including review committees, tracking, and reporting.
Manage internal and external budget, headcount and capital assets.
Collaborate with Finance, Human Resources, and other leadership teams for capital planning, coordination of personnel, and forecasting other requirements.
Coordinate tactical execution of strategic plans from Phase 2 through Launch by ensuring appropriate medical affairs teams, marketing teams, business development teams, MSLs, equipment capabilities, educational materials, regulatory teams, and other resources are ready and available through the products lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with regulations, laws, guidances (FDA, ICH, CPMP, GCPs, etc.)
This is a highly visible executive level position with global pharma company that provides base compensation to $280,000 high bonus potential, equity, advanced perquisites, full family company paid medical, pension, expense account and lots more.
