We are actively looking for talented mid-to-senior level Oracle Hyperion Techno-Functional Consultants with an active DOD/DOE security clearance. These key roles will be an integral part of our growing national Oracle Hyperion practice supporting Federal projects. These are full-time salaried consulting positions.
The ideal candidates have done this before and can anticipate what needs to be done rather than be instructed. These positions need lead level consultants who can adapt quickly, work in a fEmployer-pace, enriching environment and are looking for a career rather than just a job.
What You Will Do:
Consult on Employers managed Hyperion projects, including implementations and upgrades
Engage with clients and lead workshops to define business requirements
Conduct gap analysis between delivered functionality and client requirements and recommend solutions
Provide subject matter expertise in Hyperion Planning and/or DRM solutions development
Able to set-up the system to meet the desired business process and requirements
Develop testing scenarios, test scripts and leading teams in unit, integration and acceptance testing
Facilitate train-the-trainer or end-user training
Travel to interesting places in the continental U.S. (Weekly travel - NE US)

Must Haves
What were looking for:
Completed at le two or more related implementation/upgrade projects with a good balance of functional and technical expertise
Experience with Public Sector or DOD projects and having an active DOD or DOE security clearance
Knowledge of Hyperion Planning and DRM solutions
4-year Bachelor degree (or equivalent experience)
Demonstrate strong analytical skills, problem solving/debugging skills
Follow a software full lifecycle methodology
Able to work in a f-paced environment with a diverse group of people
Capable to work independently, take initiative with minimal supervision yet can participate as a team member with a willingness to help where needed
Excellent verbal and written communication , active listening and interpersonal skills
Organized and detailed oriented
Able to fully utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Adapt to new projects quickly with a can-do, jump-right-in attitudeEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
