Responsibilities:
-Maintain machines assigned (lube oil, coolant, collet & bushing cleaning, etc.)
-Replace, sharpen and offset tooling to produce high quality parts
-Use & calibrate industry-standard measurement instruments (caliper, micrometer, vision systems)
-Pull and Load material for machines assigned
Job Prerequisites:
-Previous experience with running CNC Machine(s), including related tool-working
-Proficient in the following instruments: Micrometer, Caliper, Comparator (Shadow and Vision), SPC
-Strong attention to detail and emphasis on quality
-Experience in Star and Citizen Swiss turning machines, a plus
-Experience in tool sharpening including carbide brazed tools, a plus
-Willing to train the right applicant with a good mechanical abilityEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
