We are currently seeking candidates for the position of Webmaster based in Aliso Viejo, Calif. In this role you will be managing a team of senior and intermediate web developers (in the US and in India) to oversee and manage all aspects of the Microsemi Website. In this highly-visible position, you must think creatively and be able to work collaboratively with Microsemi team as well as Microsemi customers to address their website-related requirements and issues and to produce new, innovative ideas to help Microsemi customers. Your ability to be creative and resourceful when solving website-related problems, while managing multiple projects is extremely important.

Lead the creative team in the development and implementation of design concepts, graphic images, and branding of company products for web-based communications and promotions.
Develop strategy and execution with other business groups including sales, marketing, and technology and business development.
Direct the vision of the website.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
