Reviewing all posting verbiage for grammar, spelling, and formatting errors
Ensuring job openings are updated to the appropriate Internet site and are suitable for the target audience
Coaching end users on using appropriate process and system usage
Troubleshooting and researching various technical issues
Making suggestions regarding recruitment process elements that may be helpful to users
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
College degree preferred or High School diploma/GED with equivalent work experience
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred
Qualifications:
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong technical troubleshooting skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
