We are seeking a Program Analyst - Senior Logistician to work with our Department of Defense customer in Warner Robins, GA.
The specific responsibilities of this position include:
o Organize, coordinate, advise, and participate in the activities of
multifunctional team members including senior leaders, program/project
managers, item managers, equipment specialists, contracting officers,
engineers, configuration managers, data managers, testing specialists, and/or
logistics managers as well as OEM contractor personnel and command/field
operational leads of similar disciplines at disparate locations
o Advise and/or assist in the of the daily activities of Government sustainment,
production, integration, financial management, or administration of: timely
resolution of issues; cost, schedule & performance management; responding
to requests for and reporting of activities in various formats from various
agencies/POCs internal and external to organization
o Research, data mine and compile program data resulting in the
preparation and presentation of briefing packages, formal, or informal
responses to senior leaders, or POCs from various internal or external
organizations that address sustainment, acquisition, budget or logistics
matters

Qualifications:
Minimum five (5) years' experience in DoD/USAF acquisition or life cycle logistics/management support within last ten (10) years working in a Program Management Office
o Ability to utilize various Government applications, databases or systems to obtain information and analyze issues arising from logistical, operational and/or associated maintenance activities; assess situations, trends, and/or documentation in order to define impacts and potential corrective actions for deficiencies in equipment performance, material consumption, scheduling, and/or management of resources
Ability to extract, collect, compile, monitor, audit, evaluate and/or analyze program and budget management documents, practices and concepts, from various Government or OEM contractor sources and make recommendations on completeness, accuracy, timeliness and/or compliance with requirements
Knowledge of acquisition and sustainment processes, CM and DoD budget process
Possess excellent communications skills to including writing and editing material; briefing or speaking at senior meetings and forums
Highly proficient with use of MS Office 2003 (or later) suite: Project, Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
Knowledge at the APDP Level II (or equivalent) for Acquisition Program Management and/or Life Cycle Logistics may be beneficial
Minimum Secret clearance required
