Seeking a Quality Inspector with CMM experience for a growing machining company in the Northwest metro. Looking for candidates with 1-3 years of experience.
Job Duties for Quality Inspector
Perform dimensional and visual inspections of various precision machined mechanical parts.
Use microscope and CMM to inspect small machined parts.
Document inspection results clearly, including resolution and discrepancies.
In process inspection on machined parts
Utilization of appropriate measurement tools (including micrometers, calipers, optical comparators, CMM) for tasks assigned.
Initiate DMR as a result of rejected material
Requirements for Quality Inspector
Technical skills with CMM, blueprints, GD&T, and ISO9000:2000 required
1-3 years of previous machining inspection experience required.
Excellent communication and documentation skills required.
Must have high attention to detail.
Hours and Benefits for Quality Inspector
Pays $16-19/hr DOQ
Monday Thursday from 6:00am 4:30pm
