eIntern is looking to contract an individual to write press releases and possibly content for various other marketing pieces from brochures to web content. This opportunity is contract based.
The ideal person will have:
- Sample press releases written that were printed in publications and used by media outlet.
- Be able to convey a huge idea in 400 words or less, written to three different audiences.
- Ability to write for national scholar publications as well as the local community newspaper.
- Understand the IT industry, the struggles it has in finding skilled talent and some of the trends in the industry.
- Ability to write to the IT world as well as to the academic world.
Note: It is important that this persona know about the IT industry, what technologies are in demand, what issues employers have in finding talent and the trends in where technology is headed.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
