The primary purpose of this position is to lead the representatives of the Service Center Operations Management team to the desired success, operational and quality proficiency metrics. The most successful candidate for the Director of Operations position will be required to manage Customer Service Manager, Operations Manager, Logistics Supervisor and Operations Supervisor. Typically, this role covers the following functions:
- Support marketing and sales initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze operational and expense metrics, for performance and planning.
- Find, hire, fire and coach management personnel.
- Manages performance planning and management.
- Serves as an expert regarding all the issues related to the operational management.
- Budgets by productivity metrics and hours.
Requirement

- Ability to travel within the region 30% of time.
