Overview:
Drive profitable sales volume and establish strong business relationships with CVS through the execution of a Joint Business Plan (JBP). In addition to developing Unilever's business at CVS, this role is responsible for managing and developing a Sales Analyst.
Responsibilities:
-Develop joint business plans for the Hair Care category focusing on profitable growth;
- Manage and develop a Sales Analyst;
- Accountable for business delivery of 8 star metrics which include: Market Share growth ;NIP growth ; NSV growth ;forecast accuracy; deduction management ; Leap compliance; Deliver assigned SC Margin; stay within Working Trade budgets.
- Champion and drive Unilever category strategic initiatives in the Hair Care category.
- Coordinate and manage CVS Hair Care annual planning efforts.
- Coordinate with the CMM for Category Management and retail initiatives.
- Drive trade investment effectiveness and efficiency.
- Work closely with the Trade Marketing/Customer Marketing Depts. to utilize Consumer Insights derived from the Extra Care data to develop Consumer programs and
Merchandising/Marketing programs
Challenges:
The need to balance individual customer needs, while ensuring total Market integrity.
The need to drive a Strategic Relationship and accelerated growth, while operating within approved Trade Marketing parameters, and driving trade investment effectively and efficiently.
Scope:
Volume responsibility for this CBM position is projected to be +$65MM in 2014, with a trade and co-marketing budgets of approximately $20MM. Position has one direct report (Sales Analyst).
Education:
College degree.
Experience:
5-7
years FMCG experience.
Marketing background experience a plus; familiarity with Trade Marketing and Category Management Principles a must;
prior Customer experience required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
