This position will be based in West Hills, CA.
The successful candidate will be a part of a growing team responsible for implementing a complex enterprise banking software solution in a fast-paced environment. Background in software consulting with experience working directly with end clients as well as internal project managers and development resources. individual will focus on securing strong professional relationships with clients in anticipation of additional customizations and product sales in the future.

Requirements
Install, configure, customize and troubleshoot all technical issues related to the Internet banking solution within both on-premise and hosted environments
Work directly with third party vendors to define technical requirements and implement solutions to interface with various external systems
Hands on development and resolution of all technical issues within an on premise and hosted client environment
Work with senior management to finalize technical processes and procedures within department focusing on client satisfaction and efficiency
Manage the workload of technical resources within the team based on timelines established by Project and Senior Managers
Communicating status, issues and risks to project stakeholders
Maintaining and creating technical project documentation and client worksheets
Work closely with Product Development and Professional Services developers to resolve complex technical issues related to current projects
Interviewing new technical job candidates as well as training new hires
Lead internal technical development training sessions
Provide labor estimates for custom projects initiated through Project and Senior Managers
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements Needed:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
2-5 years of software development experience preferably in the financial services industry demonstrating increasing responsibility.
Requirements gathering/analysis
Knowledge of Java, XML and SQL server
Strong knowledge of networks including VPN's, VM Servers, load-balancing and terminal services is required.
Highly Desired Skills:
Knowledge of C#, .NET and ASP.NET
Proficiency with software development tools like the following: Microsoft Visual Studio, Microsoft Visual Source Safe, Araxis Merge (or another text file comparison tool), Microsoft SQL Enterprise Manager and Query Analyzer.
Experience delivering high volume, mission critical web sites such as Online Banking
Previous experience conducting training sessions in varied formats
Familiar with Credit Union host data systems such as Symitar and Summit
Previous work experience with the banking and financial industry as it relates to Internet home banking applications is a plus.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
