We are seeking relocatable as well as non-relocatable supervisors-in-training. Responsibilities include attending a six-month training program where participants learn the functions of various departments within our distribution center before moving on to a supervisory position. Those chosen for the position will assist in motivating, training, guiding, and counseling team members within assigned departments to increase productivity and accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication, leadership, and people skills are a must. Organizational skills as well as the ability to multi-task are essential. Experience in supervision is a plus; however, this is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a recent college grad.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
