Summary:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing support to the GoJane customer. This position works as part of a team to analyze and prioritize all customer communication on a daily basis and responds accordingly. This position is also responsible for identifying repetitive issues and recommending modifications to improve the level of service.
Position
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer service issues through calls, chat and emails. Provide and execute a solution to the customer.
Review and respond to all customer reviews.
Partner with the Associate Manager of Customer Service on difficult calls and/or issues.
Adhere to all customer service policies and procedures.
Ensure that all customer service matters are handled in a timely manner.
Maintain thorough and accurate records of all customer contacts and responses.
Process incoming orders. Ensure that all orders are validated and sent to the warehouse.
Identify customer service problems that indicate a pattern of unacceptable service or online errors, make recommendations for resolution.
Participate in all training as it relates to new software and/or policies and procedures.
Assist customers with placing orders and processing refunds or exchanges.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of order system to ensure accurate and prompt problem resolution.
Provide insight and recommendations to enhance existing methods and systems in order to increase the accuracy and efficiency of the customer service department as a whole.
Position Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Detail oriented
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the Internet
Ability to interface with all levels of the organization with professionalism
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize, track and complete multiple and competing priorities at once
Must possess poise, self-confidence and excellent interpersonal skills
Prior experience in a service industry or customer service position
Team player with a strong problem-solving ability
