We are seeking a high-energy Collections Manager who is interested in career advancement. This position is often a training ground for future General Managers.
Collection experience is a plus, as you would be responsible for contacting customers whose lease agreements have expired. Telephone and field contacts are daily activities for this position.
You must possess and be able to demonstrate:
The ability to deal with confrontation
A strong work ethic
Personal drive for superior results
Must be able to work 50 hours/week, which includes evenings and Saturdays.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
