Description
The primary function of the CMP greeter position is greet all guests within the proximity of any hotel lobby desk, CMP booths, or other designated marketing locations on, Maui, Hawaii area while providing high level a concierge service.
The greeter will engage in a variety of greeting, stopping, holding, techniques, and an eventual hand off of prospect to CMA.
The greeter may sell Face to Face Packages and voucher activities when applicable.
Represent Wyndham Vacation Ownership in a professional manner while conforming to our corporate culture and ensuring site performance objectives are maximized.

Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent.
Ability to engage all guests at designated marketing locations.
Ability to communicate in a positive and enthusiastic manner.
Provide exceptional customer service and exhibit a high level of island knowledge.
Receive guest requests and ensure that appropriate actions have been taken.
Ability to work as a team player with minimal supervision.
Must maintain a professional appearance and a cordial attitude towards all guests and staff.
Be able to handle stress of high customer demand in a hospitality environment.
Must be people oriented and able to work independently or with others as needed.
