Project Coordinator needed for multi-department project. Primary functions include support of Project Manager by maintaining document control and tracking project activities within project timelines.
Responsibilities include:
Gathers all project information: schedules, data requests, assignments, tasks, and project meetings.
Works with project team to understand and assist with tracking all work, task and project assignments.
Working with Project Manager, assist in developing a comprehensive workflow process for project.
Monitor and modify project schedule as assigned.
Maintain document control, database management, track project activities and team communication.
Assists project team and team lead in strategic meetings and follow up with meeting notes.
Schedule project follow up meetings as needed.
Develops and publishes communications to project shareholders
Develops and review project status and reports.
Special projects as assigned.
Specific AAV Backhaul responsibilities include: 1. PO processing and or tracking of all POs issued to vendors. Update master AAV tracker with PO submitted dates, PO received dates, and the PO number for all GCs, and landowners NTP application fees. Crown, ATC, GTP, etc. 2. Continually update AAV master tracker and InSite with new forecasted dates via Bulk Upload as required per requests from other departments, MW, construction, and or national project management leaders. 3. Participate in weekly vendor calls as an engaged participant. Effectively take notes and update vendor trackers when another conference call arises or PM is absent. 4. Work in sync with regional Transport Engineer daily to ensure all Granite updates, activations notices, 10-Gig assignment, VLAN and other Dallas transport issues that might affect delay of AAV Telco readiness are accounted for and updated in the market's master tracker and InSite. Additionally, there is a need to coordinate with a regional Development Coordinator for submittal and tracking of all non-selected sites on the modernization, rural America L1900/L2100 or L700 programs. 5. Material ordering and/or tracking of warehouse deliveries for the AAV vendors. Close coordination of material tracking with Construction Manager to ensure prevention of duplicate orders in instances when AAV deployment is at or near the same timeframe as Modernization/LTE, L1900, L2100 or L700 work. 6. NTP coordination with the tower owners. Update and track all submitted AAV NTPs with Crown Castle, ATC, GTP, and the other tower owners. Track and escalate past due NTPs with Site Acq firm to ensure expedited delivery. 7. Handle many incoming requests for status of sites pending AAV backhaul from stakeholders, to include Senior Ops Manager, Senior Development Manager, Senior RF Manager, Regional AAV PM, Regional Development Coordinator, Regional Transport Engineer, Mod/LTE vendor partners, etc. 8. Handle various one-off directives to forecast or reforecast all or a subset of the sites being tracked in any or all of the many programs in progress, at times on short notice and in short timeframes to achieve deadlines. 9. Additional project coordination activities deemed necessary by the Senior Ops Manager, expected to evolve/change as the needs of the business evolve/change.
Minimum Required Skills / Competencies:
2-5 years experience as a project coordinator
Excellent computer skills.
Word, Excel and Powerpoint skills a must.
Strong organizational and communication skills, detail oriented with an ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment. Preferred skills:
Experience with Ethernet backhaul or AAV (Alternate Access Vendor) deployment coordination in a wireless telecommunications environment a plus.
2-5 years of project coordination experience preferred. Experience in the wireless industry or with a cell site backhaul provider preferred, but similar experience may be considered. Proven track record of successful support of projects using Microsoft Excel, frequent Email communication, frequent conference calls, and constant coordination with various internal and external groups a must.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
