Experience in deployment, configuration, maintenance and migration of Oracle based systems
Extensive knowledge of Oracle technologies :
o 9i, 10g and 11g Database
o Oracle RMAN
o Oracle ASM
o Oracle RAC
o Oracle DataGuard physical standby including DGB
o BMC SQLbacktrack
Good working knowledge of Solaris and RedHat Linux
Experience of storage technologies
Excellent planning and organization skills
Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong troubleshooting skills with an attention to detail and an ability to follow process
Ability to work and remain calm in a high pressure environment
Good team working skills but equally has to be capable of working alone
Good understanding of IP networking and experience with Unix shellEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
