Company manufactures linear motors, robots, ballscrews and related critical components for machine tools, medical equipment, vending machinery, material handling, and the automotive and similar industries.
Position Summary for the Product Marketing Manager:
Manage marketing efforts via research, development, analysis, and
coordination of programs related to increasing company's sales volume.
Responsibilities:
Manage department.
Organize and manage trade shows.
Research methods and develop avenues to improve product awareness.
Analyze results and make necessary modifications / recommendations as needed.
Coordinate department's efforts in systematic manner.
Communicate results and recommendations to top management.
Assist with product training of sales staff.
Study competitor's products and marketing efforts.
Report year-to-date results.
Participate in management meetings.
Develop Marketing plan for subsequent year.
Continually develop / educate Marketing staff.
Approximately 25% travel.
Bottom Line Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree.
2. 5
years of marketing management within an industrial company.
3. Local or close enough for a short easy move.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
