NCRA has an exciting opportunity at our Oil Refinery facility in McPherson, Kansas. We are looking for an Electrical & Instrumentation Contractor Coordinator with a focus on coordinating Electrical and Instrumentation projects to ensure all work associated with electrical equipment and infrastructure, and electrical instrumentation and control is completed safely, correctly, without impact to the operating refinery, and is correctly documented. You must be detail oriented with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

You will:
Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, and Electrical Contractors to ensure information and drawings are shared and to ensure work is carried out safely, to the correct quality standard, and according to the drawings provided.
Assemble electrical work package with information relevant to work execution for projects designed in-house.
Conduct Pre-Job Meeting with successful contractor and plant personnel to review project work scope, schedule, safety, and work conditions/restrictions and work rules.
Procure Electrical Material for Capital Project work as needed.
Develop work plans including detailed electrical switching plans, instrumentation/controls isolation, and communicating plans to ensure operating equipment is not affected unexpectedly. Work closely with Maintenance Electricians and Electrical Supervisor on these plans.
Work with the Electrical Supervisor and Maintenance Planning & Scheduling to schedule the Maintenance Electrician's time when needed.
Ensure that electrical distribution equipment is correctly labeled and referenced in procedures and ensure the electrical drawings are accurate. Responsible for verifying that engineering documents are followed and provide redlines and as-built changes for update of design drawings.
Help maintain NCRA's Contractor Database providing required information for new contractors, revising and keeping current information on approved contractors, auditing contractors work and evaluating contractor performance during the construction phase through completion of a project.
Provide input on Preventive Maintenance and Predictive Maintenance activities.
Assist with Electrical and Instrumentation/Controls Turnaround Planning as needed.
Performs other duties as required.
Basic
Qualifications: (required)
Journeyman's license or equivalent Electrical qualifications OR Associates degree in Electrical Engineering Technology.
Minimum five years experience designing, installing or maintaining refinery (or related process plant) electrical equipment.
Must be able to don PPE as required.
Preferred
Qualifications: (desired)
Leadership experience in an electrical related role.
Distributive Control Systems (DCS) familiarity.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
