Position: Personal Lines Customer Service Representative
Position Duties: Extensive daily phone and computer work. AMS 360 software knowledge is required. Must have a flexible and friendly personality. A sense of urgency and excellent customer service is preferred. You will manage the personal lines insurance desk. you will be the first point of contact to quote, bind, issue the personal lines insurance product. Additiona responsibilites will enclude running reports, verifying application information, any changes on account, cross-selling additional insurance polcies.
Salary: commensurate with experience
Location: Lawrenceville, Georgia
