Seeking hands-on and high-energy candidates who work effectively within the department and across the company. Must have experience managing calendars for multiple executives, international travel arrangements, and meeting planning. Five years' of EA experience required. Responsibilities:

Daily calendar management
Extensive multi-location global meeting planning
Participate in team meetings for each executive, both as a participant and as recorder of the sessions.
Manage numerous international travel arrangements that are subject to change.
PowerPoint development for executive presentations.
Coordinate quarterly and annual meetings for both groups.
Taking meeting minutes/publishing notes.
Manage physical and network-based files and documents

Qualifications:

5 years of Executive Administration experience
Detail oriented, passionate self-starter with a desire to build on existing skills
Is process and analytically focused with the ability to multi-task and to proactively anticipate and resolve or coordinate issues.
Outlook (Email & Calendar), Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat Professional, search engines.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
